Volunteer Commitment and Consent

I understand that my participation with the 2023 World Rowing Indoor Championships (WRICH) is a voluntary activity and that I am donating my time and my labour by my own free choice. If selected and assigned as a volunteer, I agree to perform my assigned tasks in a responsible manner.
I recognize that I must pass certain screening requirements depending on the position sought, as outlined in the Screening Policy, and that the policy will determine my eligibility to volunteer or work in the position.
I acknowledge that WRICH 2023 will follow any mandatory rules, guidelines and measures put in place by local Public Health authorities during the event and activities leading up to WRICH 2023 and that if selected to volunteer, I will be fully informed and asked to comply with these rules, guidelines and measures prior to volunteering.
Personal information such as my name, phone number and email may be shared amongst members of the Local Organizing Committee to enable effective communication and information sharing during the planning process. By sharing my personal information in this application, I have consented to only these uses and disclosures.
